Looking to Return or Exchange?
We want you to be stoked on all your T&C products. If you receive any products that you are unhappy with for any reason, return them to us within 30 days in the condition that you received them, and we will happily exchange, issue a store credit, or refund*.
*The Deets
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, containing all the swing tags, etc. Our policy only lasts 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty. Unless you are processing an exchange, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
